ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Not to Harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint against the petitioner's sons, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent police. He further submits that a case is pending against the petitioner's son for an offence under Section 366(A) of I.P.C in Crime No.14 of 2018 and the respondent police are yet to trace the victim girl in connection with this case, the petitioner was called for an enquiry in order to collect details. 4.However, the petitioner is only the mother and she cannot be harassed in the name of enquiry. 5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
