PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent No.3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry. For Petitioner :Mr.S.Kameswaran For R1 to R3 :Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi Government Advocate (Crl.side)

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the official respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that a murder case is pending against the petitioner's son and in connection with the same, the petitioner was called for enquiry in order to get some information. 4.However, the petitioner is only the father and he cannot be harassed in the name of enquiry. The respondent police is directed to issue summon to the petitioner and conduct the enquiry.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
