ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to issue direction directing the 2nd Respondent to file Final report in FIR No.505 of 2005 dated 01.10.2005, on the file of the West Police Station, Virudhunagar District before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said case was closed as mistake of fact on 25.07.2006 itself. RCS notice has been served upon the petitioner by affixing.

4. Let the fresh notice be served upon the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

5. With the above said liberty an direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
