.. 1st Respondent/Complainant in all petitions 2.B.Sabapathy .. 2nd Respondent/Defacto Complainant in all petitions COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the FIR Nos.RC/229/2019/A/0001, RC/229/2019/A/0004, RC/229/2019/A/0002 and RC/229/2019/A/0003 respectively on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

RC/229/2019/A/0001 to RC/229/2019/A/0004 on the file of the first respondent police, in respect of the petitioner is concerned.

2.It appears that the petitioner being an Advocate gave an legal opinion. But, she has been added as an accused in the cases registered by the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the Bank Manager, Andhra Bank, Trichy Branch dated 21.01.2019. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed these petitions. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases, Mr.Vijayan, submitted that the investigation in these cases has been completed and final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.10771 to 10774 of 2019 reports have also been filed and in the final report, the petitioner has not been added as an accused. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases, also undertakes to file a memo to that effect.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant also admits that there is no defect on the opinion given by the petitioner herein.

5.Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases, that this petitioner is no more as an accused in these cases, these criminal original petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
