O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action as per Section 133 Cr.P.C., against the fourth respondent from storing, accumulating, garbage and wastages adjacent to the petitioner and other villagers premises, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contention raised in the petition and submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2020. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint of the representation, dated 29.07.2020 will be considered at the earliest. 4.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2020 and communicate the action taken to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
