ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned communication of the fourth respondent dated 09.09.2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the fourth respondent herein to accord Building Plan Approval for the petitioner's school building situated in Survey No.38B/3, Ottapidaram Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that since the petitioner has been granted with Building Plan Approval, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
