ORDER
The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, in H.M.O.P.No.144 of 2025 and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Kulithalai.
2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the Family Court, Tirunelveli, after full trial in H.M.O.P.No. 144 of 2025, allowed the petition vide order dated 18.11.2025 and granted divorce and that therefore, the present petition has become infructuous and he has also produced the copy of the order passed by the Family Court, Tirunelveli.
4. Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is 2/4
dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
