PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Level, Fast Track Judge No.II, Madurai in ST.C.No.15/2023 dated 23.02.2026 within stipulated time period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to implement the orders of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai, passed in STC No.15 of 2023, dated 23.02.2026, wherein a non-bailable warrant has been issued to secure the accused.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent, the accused person will be secured and the non-bailable warrant will be executed within a period of two weeks.
3. In view of the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to secure the accused person and produce before the concerned Court on or before 22.06.2026.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
