O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner under the guise of enquiry particularly coercing the petitioner to execute the 110 Cr.P.C bond before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Karur.

2. The second respondent is present before this Court and stated that the petitioner is involved in five previous cases due to online lottery business, for which, this case has also been registered. Special team has been formed by the Superintendent of Police, Karur District, to enquire the above said online lottery business. Only on that ground, search has been made. Now the petitioner is absconding.

3. The learned additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., is initiated against the petitioner.

4. Since already proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., is initiated against the petitioner, let the proper summon be issued to the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy in the proceedings. 2/4

5. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
