W.P.(MD)No.16774 of 2019 However, patta is yet to be changed in the name of the petitioner and other co-owners. Therefore, in order to get patta, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent on 23.04.2019. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, if the said representation is decided by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied. 5.I have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2019 would be decided by the respondent and an order to that effect would be passed, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition, with the following direction:
"The respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
