ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 & 2 to grant the ordinary leave for the period of 30 days without escort to his brother, who is a convict prisoner namely Sri Ranganarayanan, S/o.Chithambarakuthalam (PID No.28821), is languishing in Madurai Central Prison, by considering the representation dated 04.06.2025. 2.Heard Mr.SMA Jinnah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the limited relief sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first and second respondents to
consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.06.2025 strictly in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
