ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st to 2nd respondents Police to give the Police protection for the petitioner and his family members' life and limb and based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.04.2023 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said representation is kept pending.

3. The second respondent is directed to issue summon to the petitioner and as well as the private respondents. On receiving of summons, the parties are directed to appear before the second respondent without fail. Further, the second respondent is directed to dispose the above said representation within a week from the date of appearance of the parties, by ascertaining the ground situation and as to whether any life threat exist between the parties.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
