Considering the limited relief sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to take up the cases in S.A.Nos.454 of 2021 and 231 of 2022 and dispose in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
