(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for sometime, Mr.F.X.Eugene, counsel for petitioner, sought leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to respond to the show cause notice dated 3rd August, 2021.

2. Mr.F.X.Eugene stated that he shall respond to the notice within two [2] weeks, by 25th April, 2025.

Respondent No.2 shall consider the reply from petitioner and after giving a personal hearing, shall pass necessary order on or before 15th May, 2025.

3.Respondent No.1 shall ensure that Respondent No.2 complies with the direction given above.
