O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission for conducting Devotional Drama Programme namely 'Sri Valli Thirumana Nadagam' to be held on 27.06.2023, Tuesday, at Paramanvayal Village, situated at Sivagangai District in the eve of Arulmighu Sri Mottakuthan Kaliamman Sri Karuppar Sri Kaaliamman Temple festival based on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.06.2023.

2.Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation that was made by the petitioner, seeking permission to conduct Devotional Drama Programme namely 'Sri Valli Thirumana Nadagam' during the temple festival, on 13.06.2023. Since the same was not considered so far, this writ petition has been filed. 2/4

4.This writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of C.Sathasivam Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Trichy District and another, in W.P. (MD).No.12535 of 2023, dated 24.05.2023, since the representation was already made on 13.06.2023 and so far it was not considered, deeming permission has been suggested in the above said order itself. The petitioner may follow the above said order of Hon'ble Division Bench, so also the authorities.
