ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P (MD) No. 6748 of 2019 dated 30.05.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court Crl.O.P (MD) No. 6748 of 2019 dated 30.05.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD). No.7328 of 2019 the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court Crl.O.P (MD) No. 6748 of 2019 dated 30.05.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
