ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.108 of 2020 before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the 4th accused in Crime No.108 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC on 30.06.2020. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report is made ready on 24.09.2021 itself and the same will be filed, after completing the formalities.

4.Since the investigation has been completed and the final report is also made ready, there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report before the concerned Court within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after completing the official formalities.
