Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.4 to issue a patta in favour of the petitioners in respect of the town survey in T.S.No.72-6-3A situated at Vilampatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District in the light of the proceeding in Na.Ka.No.2326/2023/A3 dated 20.06.2023 within time frame as fixed by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents.

2.The fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, including the private respondent herein on notice before passing final order. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other.
