O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.50 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent and club the same in Crime No.1 of 2020 pending before the third respondent.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the company, namely, Blue Max Capital Solution Private Ltd., by its General Manager, namely, Aravind and Manager, namely, Sathamhussain, during the meeting, brain washed petitioner that if he deposited some amount, the company will pay 7% of interest for each and every month and promised to repay the amount if the petitioner does not want to continue at any point of time. Believing that words, the petitioner has deposited some amount. Subsequently, the accused persons failed to deposit the interest amount. Therefore, the petitioner went to the company of the accused, where he was shocked to find that the company was closed. Therefore, the 1/3
petitioner lodged the complaint before the Inspector of Police, Perumalpuram Police Station. Thereafter, no steps has been taken. Hence, the petitioner filed this present petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that as the case in Crime No.50 of 2020, similar cases are pending in various Police Stations and steps have also been taken for transferring the cases to the third respondent. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The case pending in Crime No. 50 of 2020, on the file of the second respondent shall be transferred to the file of the third respondent, who shall investigate the same together with Crime No.1 of 2020.
