This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.05.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent has fixed a camera in the bathroom and the same was noticed by the petitioner. Thereby, the petitioner made a complaint before the respondent Police on 16.05.2022 and the same was not considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. He would further submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent Police to pass appropriate orders on the complaint given by the petitioner.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would 2/4
submit that the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.02.2022 on the complaint given by the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and the same stands dismissed. No costs. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
