ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.4 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2023 has been completed, final report was made ready and the same will be presented before the concerned Court within a short time.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be direction to the first respondent police to file final report before the concerned Court, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved over the contents of the final report, she can workout her remedy through the appropriate proceedings. After reciving the final report, concerned Judicial Magistrate is directed to process the final report as per rule.
