ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2025.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that certain pattas have been issued in favour of third parties in respect of the subject property, which originally belonged to the petitioner's grandmother. Therefore, the petitioner is seeking to cancel the same and issue patta in his name.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 29.10.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the other pattadhars, conduct an enquiry by affording them an opportunity of personal hearing and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four months from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
