Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned letters in Ma.NilNo.26/31725/2017 dated 05.02.2018 and Ma.Ni.26/19228/2018 dated 12.10.2018 respectively issued by 1st respondent through the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to provide her entire monetary benefits of her deceased husband namely Subbiah son of Vaalavandhan along with interest within the time stipulated by this Court.

Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 13.12.2018, passed in W.P.(MD)No.24555 of 2018, this contempt petition is filed.

Cont P(MD)No.993 of 2019 Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the Division Bench of this Court extended the time for compliance of the direction issued by the Writ Court, by four weeks vide order dated 18.11.2019.
