Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is carrying on certain Government contract works. He alleges interference at the hands of his brother who is shown as the fifth respondent. Hence the petitioner seeks police protection. Since his representation was not considered, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the respondent police has taken an undertaking from the fifth respondent that he would not interfere.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
