The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the document in TP/219705301/2025 before the respondent and assign a document number and return the same to the petitioner.

This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.05.2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
