ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the proposal submitted by 3rd respondent and to issue necessary order to absorb the petitioner permanently in their service.

2.Heard Mr.T.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent, Mr.S.Kumar, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.

3.Having regard to the limited nature of the relief sought, this Court, without expressing any view on the correctness or entitlement of the claim made, directs the 1st respondent to dispassionately consider the aforesaid proposal submitted by the 3rd respondent and pass reasoned orders on merits and in accordance with law and communicate such decision to the parties concerned and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on or before 31.12.2017.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
