Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District.

ORDER

The contention of the petitioner is that, in respect of the subject property, the third respondent has clandestinely obtained an order dated 29.04.2026 in W.P. (MD) No.13389 of 2026 and that, pursuant to the said order, registration has been effected.

2. In view of the above averments and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedies by filing an appropriate review application or recall application with reference to the said order, in accordance with law.

3. With the above liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 05.06.2026 NCC : No To:-
