Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MOHANASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8850 of 2021, dated 06.07.2021.

2. It appears that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 06.07.2021 and after a period of two months, this application has been filed for extension of time, stating that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the order of this Court.

3. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application for anticipatory bail, if so advised.
