ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection and their family member from the fifth respondent and their associates on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 14.04.2022 and 08.07.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that so far the petitioner herein has sent two complaints on 14.04.2022 and 08.07.2022, but no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receiving the complaint dated 08.07.2022, the respondent police assigned CSR.No.270 of 2022, which is under enquiry.

4.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to take suitable action in this regard, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
