This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to complete the enquiry in Manu.Na.Ka.No.167/2010 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel for T.N.E.B., appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent and M/s.S.Srimathy, for Mr.S.M.S.Johny Basha, learned Standing Counsel for T.N.E.B., takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders on the proceedings pending before the first respondent filed in Manu.Na.Ka.No.167/2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
