O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.50 of 2019 registered on the file of Udaiyalipatti Police Station.

2.The complaint was lodged by Kuralarasi, wife of the petitioner herein. The case relates to the death of the petitioner's child. Apprehending that he may be falsely implicated in this case, this criminal original petition has been filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the FIR was investigated and final report was filed as early as on 04.07.2020 closing the case as action dropped. Therefore, the petitioner need not have any apprehension whatsoever. A copy of the final report shall be served on the petitioner.
