Heard both sides.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the tenth respondent submits that as on date, the petition mentioned project has not been commissioned. He further admits that permission from the local body alone was obtained and that they have submitted a fresh application to 3/6
the District Collector, Karur. We make it clear that the commissioning will not take place unless and until the tenth respondent obtains clearance from the District Collector, Karur as per G.O.(Ms)No.101 Water Resources Department dated 30.09.2024.
