Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents herein to forward the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.07.2016 as well as the complaint dated 15.07.2016 to the third respondent herein for registering appropriate case in respect of the false information furnished in the judicial proceedings of the second respondent herein in Cr.M.P.No.261 of 2016 dated 29.01.2016 and Cr.M.P.No.314 of 2016 dated 04.02.2016.
