This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.29 of 2022 registered against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420 and 465 of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and the charge sheet is also filed. It is pending for taking the case on file.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed, the very purpose for which this petition is filed has become infructuous. This petition, therefore, is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, in case the petitioners are advised so. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
