Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the award dated 11.02.2015 made in I.D.No.32 of 2013 on the file of Labour Court, Tirunelveli and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to notionally promote the petitioner as Assistant Manager with effect from the year 2012 and accordingly sanction all the consequent attendant service benefits.
