O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent, the Tahsildar, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District to survey the land in S.F.No.936/2, 936/3 and 937/9 of Sethurapatti Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District. The petitioner had given a representation dated 16.03.2023.

2. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that the aforementioned land is ubject of a partition and when a survey was attempted to be made, the brother of the husband of the petitioner had raised an objection. It is only to be proper that notice is issued by the respondents to all interested parties and thereafter survey is conducted in accordance with the partition already effected between the parties.

3. The petitioner shall give the name and address of other parties to the partition of the said land to the respondents. The respondents 2/4

shall issue notice to all the parties and then if there are no objection, proceed to conduct survey and if there are objections, a report may be filed as to why survey could not be conducted and the reasons for the same may be advanced. If the petitioner is really interests, he may seek police protection.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
