This petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation from the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the compliant given by this petitioner, CSR.No.286 of 2021 has been registered. But it was wrongly mentioned as CSR.No.1543 of 2021 in this petition by the petitioner herein. He would further submit that the enquiry has already been transferred to the 2nd respondent herein for further process. 3.Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by transferring the investigation to the 2nd respondent, this petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
