This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to disburse the petitioner's salary in the post of B.T.Assistant for the period from 25.02.2015 to 08.10.2015 as expeditiously as possible. 2.Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent. By consent the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3.According to the petitioner, he was not paid salary for the period from 25.02.2015 to 08.10.2015 for the post of B.T.Assistant. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 24.08.2016 followed by the representation dated 08.09.2016 before the respondent. As the same have not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court by filing the above writ petition.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2016 and pass orders within a period to be stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
