PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in the Civil dispute in a property sale transactions with the 3rd respondent. ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that so far no complaint has been received against this petitioner and no enquiry is also pending against him. Since no complaint or no enquiry is pending against this petitioner, the question of harassment at the hands of the 2nd respondent may not arise.
