ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3540 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.458 of 2023 dated 17.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default. 1/3

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai once in a week i.e., on every Monday, till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 13/08/2025 / TRUE COPY / /2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
