Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.ANGUSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4227 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.257 of 2021, dated 16.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4227 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.257 of 2021, dated 16.07.2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.7130 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4227 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.257 of 2021, dated 16.07.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
