Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAKRISHNAN T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15429 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.851 of 2022, dated 12.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
