Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SUNNY SHEER, Advocate for M/S.RAMESH S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.BABU MUTHU MEERAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of condition imposed by this 1/3
Court while enlarging the petitioner on bail by order dated 28.04.2023.
2. One of the conditions that was imposed by this Court was that the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner was complying with this condition from 18.05.2023 till date.
4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has to travel a long distance in order to report before the respondent Police. That apart, it was submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail till date.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed and there shall be a direction to the petitioner to report before the respondent Police on the first Monday of every month until further orders.
