The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 47 days in seeking to set aside the order dated 2.7.2018 in C.M.P.No. 6208 of 2016 in C.M.A.SR.No. 28325 of 2014 as against the first respondent herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only)to Rojavanam, Homeless for Old Aged, Melur Road, Uthangudi-Ulaganeri, Madurai-625 107 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
