This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant extension of time for a period of two weeks imposed by the order made in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.8154 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in CRL OP(MD) NO. 8154 of 2026, for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
