Respondent/Petitioner Prayer:- This Criminal Original petition has been filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to D.V.C.No.3 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 01/12/2020 of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.1 Kumbakonam in Letter in D.No.1111/B C-3/2021 dated 23/07/2021 this court made the following order : This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.3 of 2020. 2.This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 01.12.2020 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.3 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of three months to dispose of the said case.

3.Due to pandemic period, Court has been closed. On this ground, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in D.V.C.No.3 of 2020.
