ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2025 against the respondents 4 to 6.

2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It appears that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent. In this case, the petitioner has given a representation to the third respondent on 28.05.2025. Reading of the aforesaid representation indicates that there is a large scale dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent herein. The private respondent had apparently disconnected the electricity connection. It is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps to restrain the private respondents by filing a suit or filing a complaint before the concerned police Station to redress the grievance. As 2/4

such, the official respondent cannot be involved in the private dispute between the private parties.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach either the civil Court or concenred Police Station or appropriate relief. No costs.
