To issue a direction directing the R1 and R2 not to interfere into the pending Civil Dispute on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2023. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. P.M. Vishnuvarthanan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M. Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the 1 to 3rd respondents, this Court made the following order:

"When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint given by the fourth respondents was closed, since there was a civil dispute between the parties.

2. Though this petition has been filed to restore the main petition, considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) there is no necessity to restore the petition and this petition became unnecessary.
