Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.JOTHI BASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7103 of 2022 on 24.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7103 of 2022 on 24.06.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8895 of 2022 before the respondent police once in a month, ie., on the first working day of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
