Considering the limited prayer, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Mr.R.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Prabhu Ramachandran, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. Considering the averments, there will be a direction to the

second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2016 seeking transfer of name in the property tax assessment, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
